NW2 throws an exception when reading a certain legacy knowledge base with the message: "XXX could not reconcile argument-> XXX!"

Exception occurred when argument in legacy kb has two parts e.g. ">15 AND <30"

Issue was with how the argument's name was created. Corrected at version 2009.07.01.
